Terms & Conditions

By accessing and utilizing the DENNEL website (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") hereby acknowledge and irrevocably agree to be bound by the ensuing Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the User and DENNEL (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Your continued engagement with the Platform shall be deemed as unequivocal acceptance of the terms enumerated herein.

1. Orders and Payments

  • All purchase orders submitted via the Platform are subject to the availability of the subject merchandise and the Company’s sole discretion to accept or reject such orders. DENNEL reserves the unequivocal right to nullify or revoke any order, inclusive of, but not limited to, instances of pricing discrepancies, inventory limitations, or suspected malfeasance.

  • The User is obligated to remit full payment contemporaneously with the placement of an order. DENNEL facilitates transactional processes through [list accepted payment methods], and the User hereby absolves the Company of any liability arising from third-party payment processing errors.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • The temporal duration and pecuniary obligations associated with the conveyance of merchandise are contingent upon the User’s geographical domicile and the selected mode of delivery. DENNEL shall not be held accountable for delays occasioned by external entities, including, but not limited to, logistical intermediaries or customs authorities.

  • The User bears the sole responsibility for the veracity and completeness of the designated delivery address. DENNEL shall not incur liability for orders misdirected due to inaccuracies in the address furnished by the User.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • DENNEL, at its discretion, may permit the return or exchange of merchandise within [X] days subsequent to the date of delivery, provided that the merchandise remains in its original, unadulterated condition, accompanied by all ancillary packaging and substantiating proof of purchase.

  • The financial onus of return conveyance shall be borne exclusively by the User, save for instances wherein the merchandise is deemed defective or erroneously supplied due to the Company’s oversight.

  • Merchandise categorized as sale items, bespoke creations, or otherwise explicitly excluded shall be ineligible for return or exchange, sans exceptions.

4. Product Information

  • DENNEL endeavors to ensure the accuracy and verisimilitude of product descriptions and visual representations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User acknowledges that inherent variations in chromatic attributes, textural qualities, or dimensional specifications may occur.

  • All jewellery is fabricated with a gold-plated finish, unless expressly stipulated otherwise. The User is advised to consult the Company’s care guidelines to preserve the integrity and aesthetic appeal of the merchandise.

5. Privacy Policy

  • DENNEL’s collection, utilization, and safeguarding of the User’s personal data are delineated in the Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The entirety of the content disseminated on the Platform, including, but not limited to, graphical representations, logotypes, textual content, and design elements, constitutes the proprietary intellectual property of DENNEL. Any unauthorized replication, dissemination, or exploitation of said content is expressly prohibited and shall incur legal repercussions.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, DENNEL disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the User’s access to or utilization of the Platform or merchandise. This disclaimer encompasses, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of [Your Country/Region], sans regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be adjudicated exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

9. Amendments to Terms

  • DENNEL reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, or supplement this Agreement at any time, with such amendments becoming effective immediately upon their promulgation on the Platform. The User’s continued engagement with the Platform subsequent to such amendments shall constitute irrevocable acceptance thereof.
